Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent. This page explains how to delete an account for each Promethion app and what happens to your data.

Fastest option: email request

Email privacy@promethiontech.com with subject line Account Deletion Request. Include:

Which app (My Favorite Services, Kiwi, Sacred, or Zenith)
The email address on the account
Any other detail that helps us verify ownership

We process verified deletion requests within 48 hours. Most personal data is removed within 24 hours after processing.

Request deletion by email

My Favorite Services

Delete in the app

Open the My Favorite Services app
Go to Profile (account)
Tap Delete account
Confirm deletion when prompted
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play so billing does not continue

Data deleted

Account credentials and profile information
Favorites and saved providers
Appointments and booking history
Messages and conversation data
Provider listings and schedule data you created
Subscription and entitlement records tied to your account

Kiwi

Delete in the app

Open the Kiwi app
Go to Settings
Scroll to the Danger Zone section
Tap Delete Kiwi Account and confirm
Cancel any active subscription in App Store or Google Play

Budgets, goals, and preferences
Subscription and billing records tied to your Kiwi account

Sacred

Delete in the app

Open the Sacred app
Go to Settings
Choose account / delete options when available
Or email us to request deletion (see below)

Data deleted

Account information (if cloud sync is enabled)
Prayer logs and preferences stored on our servers
Notification and location preferences associated with your account

Zenith

Delete in the app

Open the Zenith app
Go to Settings / Account
Choose delete account when available
Or email us to request deletion (see below)

Data deleted

Account and profile information
Food logs, workouts, and progress data stored on our servers
Subscription records tied to your Zenith account

Retention after deletion

Immediate: account access is revoked; profile and app content are deleted from active systems
Up to 30 days: encrypted backups may retain residual copies until rotated
Legal retention: limited records may be kept longer when required by law (for example certain financial or fraud records for Kiwi)
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store / Google Play billing — cancel the subscription in the store settings
